1. General

You agree that by clicking “Register”, when registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding Agreement with Ace Connekt (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). If you do not agree to this User Agreement, do not click “Register” or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer using our Services.

Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”.

When you register and join Ace Connekt, you become a member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”

Moreover, you can request that we delete your details from our online database or close your SITE account at any time, in which event we will remove all our copies of your Curriculum Vitae and account profile information except for an archival copy which is not accessible on the Internet.

Information entered in aceconnekt.com is only available for our registered members under the employer category within and outside Sri Lanka. and your contact information will be visible, only upon your acceptance of the invitation. Only a basic section of the information entered will be available to the public under the “HIRE NOW” page. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you are consenting to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers. We collect and store the following personal information.


2.5 Security of your information

When you register in the site you become a member of the site, and can access a wide range of features only available for members, there are several membership packages to select from and are integrated to a secured payment gateway provided by Hatton National Bank PLC.


aceconnekt.com reserves the right to modify or change membership packages, including the price and the contents of the membership package.


aceconnekt.com is not obligated to refund money or services if a membership package is cancelled early, for any reason.


5. Links to third party websites

aceconnekt.com may contain links or references to other websites ('Third Party Advertisements). aceconnekt.com or Amarion Career Consultancy Firm Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for the contents in Third Party Ads or websites. Third Party Websites or Ads are not investigated or monitored. In the event the user decides to access Third Party Sites, the user does so at his/her own risk.


Integration of Social Media platforms, Facebook and Google will be used only for the verification process at the time of registration.


6. Google Analytics

We use Google analytics to collect, monitor and study statistical data of the use, traffic to the site and performance of this site aceconnekt.com, and as advertisers through social media, Facebook and Instagram page, we may collect content or information from a Facebook or Instagram user who has liked, visited, followed and commented in our social media pages and such information may be used in the same manner specified in this Privacy Policy.


We abide by Facebook’s and Instagram’s Data Use Restrictions.


We do not use Facebook or Instagram advertising data for any other purpose, we will only use to assess the performance and effectiveness of our social media advertising campaigns.

AceConnekt is a platform that provides recruitment opportunities and we expect our members to use this website in a professional manner. This list of “Dos and Don’ts” explains what you can and cannot do on our Services.

8.2.3 Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services;


8.2.4 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source;


8.2.5 Override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Service (such as caps on keyword searches or profile views);


8.2.6 Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of AceConnekt;


8.2.7 Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;


8.2.8 Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetize the Services or related data or access to the same, without AceConnekt’s consent;


8.2.9 Monitor the Services’ availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;


8.2.10 Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.


8.2.11 Violate the intellectual property or other rights of AceConnekt, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing our videos or other materials or (ii) copying or distributing our technology, unless it is released under open source licenses; (iii) using the word “AceConnekt” or our logos in any business name, email, or URL without prior consent of AceConnekt;


8.2.12 Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;


9. Complaints Regarding Content

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members to be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. We have included a section for the user to certify the information they have entered is correct.

11. Modifications

12. Governing law

aceconnekt.com is operated under the laws and regulations of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.


13. Termination

This Agreement will take effect (or shall re-take effect) at the time you click “Register”,” “I ACCEPT”, “I AGREE” or similar links or buttons, otherwise submit information through the Website, respond to a request for information, begin installing, accessing, or using the Website, select a subscription package, select a method of payment, and/or enter in payment method information, whichever is earliest. If, in our sole discretion, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement, we may terminate the Agreement or suspend your access to the Website at any time without notice to you.
